I have competed in trail and mountain ultramarathons across the United States, with experience spanning rugged terrain, long distances, and demanding conditions. My race history reflects a steady commitment to endurance, consistency, and thoughtful preparation—values shaped by years of training, racing, and learning on the trail. Rather than chasing outcomes alone, this approach to racing emphasizes resilience, adaptability, and long-term sustainability, perspectives that now directly inform my work as an ultra running coach.
